We're two people with a soft spot for good food — and a team that shares the obsession. It shows on every plate that leaves the kitchen.
We make everything ourselves. Pesto, hummus, pickled vegetables. Most of all the sourdough: baked five times a week in our own bakery. The starter we feed has been continuously alive for 87 years — passed from one set of hands to the next across generations. It knows our bread better than we do.
Our coffee milk is organic. The eggs for brunch come straight from a small farm just outside Vienna — organic, no middleman. The coffee is organic and fair trade, shipped directly from a cooperative of indigenous farmers in Chiapas, Mexico, with whom we've built a direct relationship over years.
We don't cut corners. We chose quality wherever others tend to save — and you can taste it on every plate.
